I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, and the guy gave me a discount just because I was nice. He said that it was really needed, and I have a lot of trust there.

What I look for when taking my car to get serviced is how I'm treated by the staff. Not only did one person in particular check my problem in my car, but he explained to me why it had happened, gave it a quick fix, AND filled up my fluids for no charge.
A tip was given, ofcourse!
