Well, I'm current a junior at MSUM, majoring in Computer Science. I have a few different jobs around the FM-Area, and they all revolve around programming and IT work. If I'm not at work though, I'm usually at home studying or working on a personal project (programming).

I'm a huge believer in Free Software and Open Source. If that doesn't make it obvious, I'm a huge Linux buff. I run it on all my computers and my phone :-) I had it installed on a console at one point, but the ppc architecture really blows... but, enough rambling.

My life seems to revolve around work and school, but I suppose what student's doesn't? When I find some free time, I generally like to just relax or go out and hang out with friends since I don't see them all that often to begin with.

In the summer when I'm only working, I tend to go out with friends a lot more and tend to be on the computer a little less. I enjoy playing RPG's, FPS, and RTS. My favorites would probably be the Final Fantasy series/Zelda series for RPG, Quake / Doom / Team Fortress 2 for FPS, and Rise of Nations for RTS.

I lived in Monterrey, Mexico until I was 5, then my family moved up here where I've been stuck for the last 20 years. I played football and I wrestled in High School. I still like to get out and exercise but it's hard motivating yourself to go running when it gets this cold out. I'm a very friendly person I'm just not good at meeting new people. I'm still a student at MSUM with a major of Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design. I enjoy music and all forms of the fine arts. I also used to be pretty big into anime, but grew out of it for the most part. I tend to be more of a gamer now, and I enjoy videogames, tabletop gaming, including Dungeons & Dragons, Trading Card Games (TCGs), and other miscellaneous means of having fun. One summer night I was driving from Albuquerque to LA. Being out in the middle of nowhere with no light at all from people, I decided to stop, get out, and look at the stars. I was almost 19 and had always lived in urban areas; I never really had had a chance to see the night sky. When I stepped out of the car, I was blown away: there was the Milky Way in all its glory, splayed out over the sky. I had seen pictures before and read about it, but never actually seen it. I also hadn't planned it; by chance I picked the right time of day and year that it was right overhead. It was awesome.

well i guess it says to get to 55 i have to write more about me... well i grew up in a tough life as a kid um both my parents are both deaf and met in deaf school and here i came my name steve i have 2 sisters and 3 brothers im the oldest... um i love music music is entirely who i am its the energy that captivates me outlook on myself and the world... um i play piano its my instrument but i also like to sing and play guitar i wanta learn bongos and so forth keep doing it the music thang... um i seem to find i think different than most people... the world is full of different but the norm i guess is presented i dunno but yeah whoo i drink and all that sometimes i like to paint when i am in the mood for it but i like to drink a beer or 5 while painting and its random i love to play music always on the background and i mean like bands and find new music reggae slow chilling music to different beats i like to bow shikka boom i dunno i am not a great dancer but i wanta learn.. um i love animals alot i thin kthey are allright i love to travel but the expenses are needed... i have 2 kitties now sage and charcoal they are mofos but i love em i am at 249 words like 500 is alot jeez so anyways umm i love to swim i love to camp um i like to design things my sisters are a big part of my life... growing up with deaf people was normal for me if my mom talked id freak out a lil.. i wanta meet someone whos really cool someone who is like hey hey hey and with a wonderful personality ya know i dont use these date sites but i have been single for 2 years before that i was in a serious relationship that broke my heart due to both our mistakes but i learned alot about myself alot of my disfunctions and promblems and the realization... i grew up and im 23 now i use to have long hair but now its short with a trimmed beard eew lol haha i do what i want.. lol um i use to save turtles on the road and bring them to lakes its true and i like to fish just sit and fish all day long i love it thats usually a me time deal i go out occasionally i love to dine and wine and hate to shop eew its boring.. lol but its needed true.. um i am writing a book not sure if its grand but i am writing a book i have a ways to go still so yeah yea 482 do de da in a land far far laway lived a vast blue cactus monkeys ok its 500 peace and love is good

Time for a new self-summary. I am a huge fan of brevity and getting to the point so lets see how well I do. I am somewhat of a techie geek. I try to bike, run, do yoga or some combination of all three most days of the week. I am not a partier, but I enjoy sharing drinks with friends on occasion. I love to travel. There is a very fuzzy line between my work and my leisure. I am usually teaching at some capacity. I have been told that I am kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. I would consider that just being raised right.

im a pretty laid back girl. i like casual drinking with my friends every once in a while.and i love the sweet herb :P it didnt take me long to become supervisor at the burger joint i work at. its like a family there, so i absolutely love my job even though its just fast food.
im slowly getting dreads, its a pain in the ass doing them myself. lol i absolutely LOVE tattoos. i just recently got two new DIY'ers. my buddy and i are each other's ginnea pigs since we've both just started learning with an actual gun, not a homemade pos lol. I have historically been interested in yoga, anime, and blogging, in part because I taught yoga, watched anime, and had a blog. I also am happy to discuss religion, philosophy, or spirituality with those that are good conversationalists. I have often liked science fiction, lego blocks, reading and cartoons.

I am a kind and ferocious lover. I live life as though when your gone you can't take anything with but maybe memories. I like to enjoy the things I do and the people I am with to the full extent of the law. I am very aware of others feelings. I am also slightly gifted in the psychic areas. sometimes it seems like a plauge rather than I gift. There are only two things that take the nightmares away. I can't say.

Hey! I'm doing this to try and finally meet somebody who is serious in love and fun in life.

I was a medic in active duty for four years (then a reservist for about two), and am an OIF vet, which still seems so odd to say.

In January I closed on my first house, and have since become a land owner, which isn't too shabby.

I have lived in Fargo for about a year now, so I suppose I can almost say that I'm from here, I guess if I were to see a few more of the sites and learn where all of these other towns are anyhow.

I love music. Unless I am doing something that actively involves my hearing, I have music on. Namely I'm a fan of black/death/thrash/grindcore/power metal, opera, and classical. I do have a limited taste for punk music, mostly I like the Irish type, but I can tolerate it. I love doing karaoke, or just singing in general, if you can technically call it that =P I'm the idiot you see at a red light drumming on his steering wheel and singing probably a tad too loud. To go along with the metal, I've also got myself a few(6) tattoos.

Some of my more introverted hobbies include reading, drawing, painting (kind of), and if I can force myself to: write. Generally some lyrics/poems, or a couple of novels that I've started and deleted countless times, or in the one time I like the tone of the story, had that laptop die on me! Otherwise, I like going to shows, it seems we have a lot of local bands up here, or assorted 'nerd-ish' hobbies.

My favorite types of movies are comedies, anywhere from British, somewhat 'intellectual' or dark comedies, and the inane slapstick kind, I'm not at all picky! I even love the 'stupid' comedies; think anything Will Ferrell or John C. Reilly have been in lately. I hate horror movies for the most part, because they're not scary, and they're just for the most part boring and lame. However..... I'll watch anything that has to do with zombies, even that "Rave to the Grave" crap. That was horrid. So as you can imagine, a movie like Shaun of the Dead is easily one of my favorites.
I surround myself with comedy, because you always need a laugh. It is in fact the best medicine I hear, unless you've a spleen problem, in which case probably not for you.

I am a very easy going and kind person overall. I pride myself on my honor and integrity. I let my heart guide me essentially, and my emotions tend to run strong. My loyalty knows no bounds. I try my hardest to not only be a gentleman, but to also to be a gentle man. I live my life for love, so obviously I'm not doing the best job at that. I don't anger, and I don't get violent.

By philosophy and/or principle, if not so much practice, I am a Buddhist, but I am very open minded to anyone of any religion.

I am a fan of philosophy, namely Nietsczhe, Machievelli, the Sun Tzu, Zhuge Liang.... etc... As you can probably assume with the big names I was dropping (I know them all personally too), that I'm also a big fan of medieval tactics and strategem.

I'm not like any other guy you've met. There are many aspects about me that takes a certain type of person to enjoy, and I haven't met a lot of people who can enjoy that type of person. I'm very compassionate to those I care for.

I'm young to the world yet. These last few years haven't been the kindest to me. I'm not trying to compare either. I hate conversations where I say something, and they say what their life experiences are whether positive or negative that out-weigh what I just explained. Again, I don't compare. We all have experiences. Sometimes people deal with different things harder or easier than others.

I enjoy a lot of things. Music, parties, movies, you, anything. I can't be too selective, but I enjoy a lot. Tubing, snowboarding, all kinds. I'm not amazing at anything cuz I have very little experience with anything. Again, I'm young to the world yet.

I want to experience life with someone else. I love people, and thats my passion in life... even if I don't always say the right thing, but I always mean well, even if I make an ass of myself.
